Have you been thinking of starting your own business? or you don’t know where to start? read this!

Anything new that you do will come with it uncertainty and a touch of anxiety. Regardless. So, if you are allowing your thoughts to talk you out of it, have a different conversation with yourself.

I am going to give you my exact formula I use personally when creating a new business.

First you have to understand the one thing that keep a business going is revenue. Money, and you cannot make money, money is already made. And it is flowing around in our economy constantly, all you need to do is to learn how to set up a business that allows a small portion of that 80+ Trillion that is in our global economy to flow to you.

So, when setting up a business make sure that your company belongs to a specific niche within an industry that is in demand. There’s no point in setting up a video easy or a blockbuster, because the demand just is not there.

There are tools that are very powerful that makes this process easy when trying to find a business that is in demand, I personally use keyword searches on google and I find what people on a local or global scale are researching. (understand your potential clients or customers)

the next thing I do is then I decide on the service I am going to offer, business is essentially an entity that that offers a product or a service.

So, what are you going to sell? or what are you going to offer?. Find problems in the marketplace, your community and industry, and create the solution. Businesses always have problems, and so does consumers, so there are a bunch of solutions that people are just waiting for you to offer them.

All you need is your first client/Buyer

Once you have decided on a service or product, you need to establish a network of potential clients/buyers. And all I do is I focus on landing my first client. You achieve this by marketing your service, business promotions, or reaching out personally, so learning the fundamentals of marketing and networking is essential. Once you have your first client, Rinse and Repeat. I always aim for ten clients, in doing so you can essentially systemise your business and allow it to run on its own.

Something I see holding people back from taking the leap is money. I Believe you don’t need money to make money, But you do need money to make more money. Which is investing profit/capital back into your business to enable growth.

The hardest thing for me was the mindset shift, believing I could make 7 figures in revenue was actually harder than earning 7 figures. And I realised nothing good ever comes from not trying, Trying and failing on the other hand will only equip you with knowledge to move forward with.

The Ultimate formula!

  1. Market research to find demand.

2. Establish your company, and understand your service.

3. Market and promote your service, (people can’t invest into your business if they do not know your business).

4. Service the demand

5. Reinvest, sytomise. (hire employees to fulfill client demand)

The hardest thing is to look at the process and imagine everything that could go wrong, the easiest thing is to start and commit to it.

Dream Big
