Emerging From the Bubble and Breaking Mediocrity

We live in a day and age where entrepreneurs are emerging from the shadows, innovative and ambitious people are being inspired by influencers and visionary’s all around the world and are truly multiplying by the dozens.

The story of the man who sold his lambo is truly something every entrepreneur must know and understand, entrepreneurship is not a job, entrepreneurship is not an alternative, it is a lifelong journey, all humans are in fact creative entrepreneurs and the more time that passes, we will keep seeing these numbers rise as creative initiative era spreads and people continue to transcend their awareness.

Being Comfortable in Mediocrity

In the early 1900 there was a boy named carmello who grew up in poverty. He has gotten used to and comfortable to the fact that he wore the same clothes for days, lived on bread and didn’t have access to an ongoing education, or any foreseeable means to climb out of the mandatory lower class he found himself in.

Carmello’s time was spent labouring on farms for wealthy families, he had several delivery duties he worked very hard and the little money he did make contributed to the family household which he has no objection to.

He got used to his Mundane life and would only momentarily sigh when he would see the other kids in nice clothes, eat quality meals and attractive accommodation when he would work for their family’s.

One day, the truly unfortunate financial position his family were in had uncovered its disadvantages, when his best friend and little sister fell seriously ill and his parent’s couldn’t afford ongoing medical treatment.

After a rough few months and an exhausting battle his little sister fell victim to a common illness and passed away, and the inability to pay for medical necessities hit Carmello so hard, he made a choice that he would not grow up and fall victim to the bonds of poverty.

The Small Decision That Would Change The Course Of Life Itself

He decided then and there without knowing how or when, he knew that he would escape the rags and transcend to riches.

He saved up every dollar he could for several months until he finally had enough money to fund the journey of a lifetime, to embark on the first boat trip he would ever go on to a known land of opportunities.

He left behind everything he ever knew, everyone he ever loved and any ounce of comfort he ever had, favouring his burning desire to summon the wealth and riches that he knew was out there somewhere in the world.

He arrived at his destination with very little money, no food or shelter. But he stayed true to his desires, he was very driven and ambitious, needing money to survive he laboured in factories, he laboured in the fields, and he herded cattle. His ambitions took him many places and by age of 24 still broke but not broken, Carlemello believed and felt within himself that he was travelling towards his riches, the desire burned hotter his beliefs grew stronger; nothing would have disheartened his spirit.

The now young man, had very little ambition in his mind besides creating this wealth, he knew it would be the end to all the possible suffering that life could put him through.

PERSISTENCE PAYS

The moment that happened overnight that took 10 years

Upon his journey, Carmelo met a man named Archer, who at the time was worth millions, and the millionaire had given the young Carmelo work, as they got to know each other Archer grew quite fond of the ambitious traveller, he decided after a few months of keeping an eye on the young man he called him in for a meeting.

As the wealthy man had no children to pass on his wealth of knowledge to, he decided he would mentor the young man to the riches he desired.

He exclaimed the wealth he wanted would come at a price, to create the wealth at the level he wanted he would need to sacrifice his precious down time, any new found leisure’s and most of his social life.

“Are you willing to do the work and be just like me?, and more!” Archer said, Carmelo agreed without a second thought in his head, So then the teaching began.

Learning To Be a Student

The millionaire learned to teach as the student learned to learn. And lesson after lesson the young man grew older and extensively learned the principles of creating wealth, he learned from the best and he was learning well.

As time went on and Archer grew old and sick, he had taught the young traveller everything there was to know, and right before he passed away he gave all of his wealth to charity as he didn’t have any family to pass on his wealth to.

The now middle aged, still ambitious Carmelo grew more hungry after the department of his mentor, he had clear in his mind a $100,000,000 fortune that every thought he could muster would focused on.

As years went by and both his age and fortune both didn’t seem to slow down, he awoke one day to the realisation that he was in fact a billionaire, he owned several thriving companies 12 mansions in the most prestigious parts of the world, he owned yachts and boats. He owned helicopters and several exotic cars.

For the first time in Carmelo’s life he took a moment, and noticed everything he had, everything he worked for. He remembered his commitment to wealth that he made so Many years ago, and the day felt like it finally arrived, and he could honestly say he created the wealth he had desired, and as excitement momentarily enveloped him, he pondered the arrival of his goal in a moment of gratitude.

He had everything anyone could ever want, The houses, the cars the money the lifestyle, he would never let life get the better of him as a result of poverty ever again.

The Great Cosmic Joke

Once the brief excitement from his finally arrived wealth wore off, he realised he didn’t have many pleasant memories about life, just pure determination. He had no love, no family, no real friends no real reason to have all this wealth.

The man found himself lonely in companie, he was lonely in his mansion, he was lonely in his boats, lonely in his helicopter and lonely in his lambo. The man had sacrificed everything in pursuit of what he thought he wanted, to learn that it wasn’t really what his heart desired.

He would have given away everything, all of his wealth, to trade his house for a home and his cars for a family. Upon realisation He in-fact turned out to be exactly like his mentor, he had all the money in the world, but only to have missed out on the things that money can’t buy. Which was life itself, So In his final years he decided he would also leave his wealth to a charity and sell all of his assets, as the feeling of giving it felt more fulfilling than having it.

Keeping The Scales Even

This story represents the power of purpose!, and that anything we set our minds to, any goal we decide to commit to, is truly ours, we are all creators and this earth has all the resources necessary to create the exact life that you want of it.

“follow your heart and not your head!.”

Do not go chasing false ideas of happiness or security, really deconstruct the things you truly want, don’t let fear determine the things you decide to Pursue in life and end up with the wrong things like the billionaire who ended up selling his lambo.

Money is important, but money is only the tool to leverage the life you want!.
